We’re currently seeking enthusiastic, responsible, and positive-minded individuals to coach youth baseball and cheer for the upcoming Fall and Spring season. No prior coaching experience required — just a willingness to lead, encourage, and learn!

Team Helpers / Coordinators

 

✅ What You’ll Do

Lead practices and games

Teach basic skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship

Create a fun and safe environment

Be a positive role model

 

📋 Requirements

Must be 18+ (or appropriate age for assistants)

Pass a background check

Attend a brief training/orientation session

Complete any required certifications (provided or reimbursed by us!)
